What: Round-robin dodgeball tournament for WSU students,
faculty, and staff supporting child abuse advocacy efforts
When: Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 10am-2pm
Where: McGown Gym, Winona State University campus
Cost: $40 per team, 6-8 players
Dodge for a Cause was a round-robin dodgeball tournament for
WSU students, faculty and staff that was hosted by CAST and Counselor
Education students. All proceeds of the
event will be used to support child abuse advocacy efforts. Specifically, a portion of the proceeds were used to purchase supplies for Matty’s Place in Winona, Minnesota. The remainder of the proceeds were used to
establish foundation scholarships for CAST committed to working with and supporting victims of child abuse.
